Marcross Tiling secured the tiling package for Hawkfield Homes brand new development of 9 stunning properties in Whitehall, Bristol.
These high specification homes require a very close attention to detail and only the highest level of finish will do. Each bathroom and En-suite are fully tiled with a 600×600 porcelain tile achieving a very modern and high end look.
Kitchen / dinning areas consist of a 1200×600 porcelain tile, with anti fracture matting to sub-floor.
Outside terrace areas look simply stunning with a 600×600 20mm thick porcelain tile on a pedestal system.
January 2023: Marcross Tiling secured the contract for Hawkfield Homes new development of 8 new homes located on the outskirts of the heritage city of Bath.
Marcross Tiling have completed the tiling works across multiple developments for Autograph Homes including Church Farm and Rode, which consisted of 40 new build homes. Also Viewpoint@ Totterdown Bristol which was a selection of townhouses, family homes and contemporary city apartments.
January 2023: Marcross Tiling secured the package for Autograph Homes brand new development – The ‘Haw Wood’ in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.
Work on site will commence February 2023, pictures to follow!
Marcross Tiling are proud to have secured the tiling contract for a new development by Backhouse Housing located in Boreham Mead, Warminster in 2022. Development consists of 34 new build homes.
December 2022: Marcross Tiling completed tiling work to the new show home. Work is on going and we are very excited to be working alongside Backhouse.
2021: Marcross Tiling secured the Tiling contract for 9 new build low energy rating homes by Aequus developments.
Each home consisted of a family bathroom and en-suite shower room, tiled with a 400×250 Porcelanosa tile to walls and a 450×450 porcelain floor tile.
Work on this development was completed by Marcross Tiling in 2022 and we look forward to working with Aequus in the future.
